Dear Friends,
This past week I brought in my good friend Tiger’s body to be cremated. Knowing that the end was near several months ago, I spoke to Jon who treated me with the utmost of kindness and respect. The day we came in with Tiger, Steve did the same. Later, Jon carefully and lovingly performed the cremation. I’d like to thank all of you who were involved for the kindness you showed me in my time of sorrow at the loss of my best friend.

I just wanted to thank you all for your many kindnesses regarding the cremation of my dog. Everyone was so professional yet compassionate from my very first inquiry with Joe on the phone. I truly appreciate the personal approach you take with both your clients and their pets. you helped make a very difficult time a little more bearable. There is a real air of peace about your facility. I was crying while I drove there that afternoon, yet found myself remarkably calm and serene within 10 minutes of arriving at your place. Thank you for allowing me to witness her cremation - that gave me a real sense of closure that had been lacking for me. I left still very sad over my loss but with a less heavy heart due to all of you! Thank you from the depths of my heart.
